Guest Information

What to expect when visiting us
You may have questions before you visit our church, whether you are visiting for the first time, returning to church after awhile, or you are new to the community and looking for a church home.  Whatever your situation, we would like to try to answer some of your questions before you arrive.

Where are you located?

Our church is located at 2736 Falmouth Road – Route 28 in Osterville, Massachusetts, 02655. Our phone number is 508-428-8921.

What should I wear?

You are welcome whatever you choose to wear.

The people who attend our service come from all walks of life; therefore it is hard to be specific.

For gentlemen, the dress will range from jeans and a tee shirt to a suit. Most guys will wear a polo shirt and dockers.
For the ladies, the dress also ranges from jeans to a dress. Most of the ladies will either be wearing a dress or slacks.

Is there anything for my children?
Yes. There are children and young people of all ages who attend our services on Saturday.  From Bible study time through our worship service, we try to remember the needs of our young people.

More specifically during our main worship service, we offer…
A quiet room for parents with infants, where you can see and hear the worship service.

What do you serve for lunch?
We serve vegetarian and vegan foods at our lunches.   Meals are potluck style, so the menu varies from week to week.  We usually have soups, salads, bread, and a variety of meatless entrees.

Is there parking?
Yes.  Our parking lot is adjacent to our building.

I have never attended a church that worships on Saturday. What is it like?
Much of what you might have experienced in a church that worships on Sunday will be similar to your visit with us.  Many parts of the service will be familiar, but since the Bible says that the Sabbath is special, we believe you will notice the difference.

When Are Services

Our worship services are on Saturdays. Here is our typical Saturday schedule:

9:30 a.m. – Bible Study and Children’s Classes.
We offer Bible study classes for all ages. There are several classes to choose from. We also have special classes for children and youth of all ages.

11:00 a.m. – Praise and Worship. This is our main worship service. This is the service where we open the Bible, talk about Jesus Christ and His grace, celebrate baptisms, child dedications and other family life activities.

12:30 p.m. Fellowship Lunch.
First and Third Saturday of the month following our worship service you are invited to join us for a special lunch. Our hope is that if you are visiting, you will plan to stay and enjoy the food and fellowship.

Other Activities.
Depending on the week, there are usually other activities scheduled in the afternoon. This could include a Bible study, prayer group, nature walk, health presentation or an outreach event.  You are welcome to attend any of these activities.
